Warranty

 

You can now register your Milk Planet product warranty by clicking the 'Warranty Registration' above. Here's how to register your warranty, step by step:

  1. Fill in all the details required in the Google Form and click Submit.
  2. Once you submit the form, you will see a 'Thank You' page and receive a copy of the registered warranty.
  3. After that, sign up and register your Mom Love Club member by clicking the log-in button. Fill in all the personal details and click Continue. 
  4. Once signed up, we will assist you to create a Mom Love Gold Member account and notify you via the registered email. Click here to find out the benefits that you get as MP Mom Love Gold Member.

 

You can provide us with more information about the product's issue by clicking the 'Warranty Claim' above. The following are the step-by-step to claim your warranty

  1. Fill in all the details required in the Google Form and click Submit.
  2. Once you submit the form, you will see a 'Thank You' page and receive a copy of the submitted form.
  3. After that, our customer service representative will contact you during our office hours: Mondays - Fridays: 9.00 am - 5.30 pm.
